Such keyboard shortcut is in principle not needed. Directly type the
keyboard shortcut of the desired command. I.e. Ctrl-I to insert, Ctrl-H,
to insert before, Ctrl-T to convert, and so on.

When inside the Edit tab, typing Esc gives focus back to the document
window.

We'll try to improve this, but Java sometimes has keyboard focus problems.

Do you know that the Name field supports auto-completion? Just type
first letters and *then type space* and so on.
