Please remove fop.jar from the classpath. [1] Download fop_foprocessor-23.tar.gz from http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/plugins.shtml. [2] Uncompress and untar the tape in the plugin subdirectory of the XXE distribution. [3] Restart XXE. That's it.
