Note that you can already start using XInclude by putting your chapters
in their own XML files and creating a Master document with <xi:include>
by hand. This document can also be edited with XXE, but it will not be
valid, at least not with an un-patched DTD. But still, it basically is
possible right now (even though it might not be perfect, for example
there is no way to see your whole document in XXE)
