XXE V2.2 released today supports WebDAV (with restrictions for the free Standard Edition). > Could the mailing list be "searchable" ? The mailing list is searchable. Use the mini search form displayed by all the pages of XMLmind web site. > 1/ I tried to add a "?" in a para of a docbook. First it looks OK. But > when I close and reopen it, I get a "?" instead. I use a ISO-8859-15 > encoding. The reason is that ISO-8859-15 does not contain "?". If you intend to input "?": * Hit the "?" key of your keyboard or click on char. \u00A4 of the "Basic Latin" ``page'' of the Character tool. * Save your file as ISO-8859-1 If you intend to input the Euro sign: * Hit the Euro sign key of your keyboard (not the "?" key!) or click on char. \u20AC of the "Currency symbols" ``page'' of the character tool. * Save your file as ISO-8859-15 If you want both "?" and the Euro sign, save your file as UTF-8. > 2/ When the "indent" option is active, it breaks all the "preserve" > elements (like programlisting.) We cannot reproduce the behavior you describe. We suspect that it comes from another problem: you are in fact using the DocBook DTD coming from oasis where programlisting has no xml:space="preserve" attribute and not the patched DocBook DTD bundled with XXE. In order to fix this, try: [1] Using Options|Options, Schema Tab, (Open Tab in V2.1), click on button "Reset" to make sure that you are using the right catalog. [2] Using Options|Options, Schema Tab, (Open Tab in V2.1), click on button "Clear cache" to discard cached oasis DocBook DTD. [3] Add a programlisting element to a newly created document and check that it really has xml:space="preserve" using the Attributes tool.
