I do not understand why. Couldn't you take the iso-entities mod files 
that come with docbook into account ? Why do you write &nn; and not the 
iso entity ?

ISO-8859-15 appears not to be displayed in the combo, althrough my linux system 
use it. The list stops at 8859-13!
