What happens with XXE V2.1 when
uri="file://D:/Perso/Informatique/DocBook/docbook/xml/docbookx.dtd" is
used?
i.e. what is the error message or the behavior of XXE?

Note that I would have written
file:///D:/Perso/Informatique/DocBook/docbook/xml/docbookx.dtd
       ^

       + --  3 slashes, not 2

The DocBook 4.2 DTD will be included in next release.
