Sorry, I forgot: We adapted the template, there is a comment before the 
title of the chapter. I just checked, the behaviour with the chapterinfo 
you mentioned is exactly what I have here with the comment

I am not sure how this applies to the comment style which is what we 
would have to tune. Since this happens with every collapsible element 
which has previous sibling, it would be very hard to change all the 
possible elements to include the collapse button. So maybe there should 
be a more generic solution to this. Anyway, with your tip:
