I do have a feature request for you to evaluate for practicality. Can you make the buttons in the "Edit" tab be sticky? Then, by selecting "Convert" button, the "Edit" tab would act as the Style toolbar works in other word processors. On a related note, the "Convert" and "Insert" dialogs could use one of two improvements: either start with focus in the list, or have the text field do auto-completion.
