I'm joining Martin's opinion that inclusion of Win1250 encoding will make
our work with XXE much comfortable here in EE. Microsoft is supporting
only this encoding so it working with common applications in MS Windows
you need to convert files created by XXE for ISO-8895-2 to Win1250.
