No, XMLmind XML Editor clearly does not support right-to-left languages.
Not even at the most basic level.

Unless we find a funding for this feature, we do not plan to support
right-to-left languages because:

* This feature is long and difficult to implement when you want to do it
seriously (that is, much more than typing a few right-to-left words
within a western document).

* We do not feel that this feature would significantly increase our sales.
