I'm sorry but it simply does not work like this. When you purchase a license, you may use this license as a ``key'' which allows you to ``open the door of the online store'' during 365 days; no less, no more. If you forget to use this key on time, you'll have to renew your purchase to get you a new ``key''. Note that our online store automatically sends customers an email to remind them to download the latest version of the product one month before their free upgrade period expires. > I was able to download the software anyway because I have a second > license key with a later expiry date, so it is not a practical problem > for me. You have the right to use ``forever'' whatever XXE versions you have downloaded from our online store. Let's suppose you used your first license (purchased on 2008-01-02) to download XXE v4.1 from our online store. This gives ``1 concurrent user'' the right to use XXE v4.1 (but not the v4.2 you got using your other license -- see below). You have used your second license (purchased on 2008-02-15) to download XXE v4.2 from our online store. This gives ``1 concurrent user'' the right to use XXE v4.2. > (b) report what I consider to be a bug in your download service.
