Hello Petr,

I am definitely interested, even if it is docbook-only. I have the
feeling that this could be parameterised and used with other doc types.
I would at least convert it to XHTML lists and tables as this is what we
use.

Even if what you have is a quick hack, it is a base which can be
improved overtime by users like me as long as it is open source software
(except GPL-like licences, which I cannot use in this case).

I think these functionalities can be made into their own add-on,
independent from the Docbook add-on. I can try this when I have some time.
