So you're saying that I'm marginal, and that no one else uses this
functionality?

Look, it's like saying one screen should be enough for anybody. It's
not. Best practise today is for programmers to work with two or more
screens. It is better to have the relevant information in view.
Sometimes the relevant information will be in widely separated parts
of the document.
