No, the reason for that is that conversion of DITA to other formats is based on the DITA Open Toolkit and not on XMLmind's technology (process commands, XSL-FO processor plug-ins, etc). The DITA Open Toolkit supports a large number of formats, among them RTF (but not WordprocessingML and Open XML, that is.docx). However we found the output of the DITA Open Toolkit to be of very poor quality in the case of RTF, that's why we didn't add a "Convert to RTF" item in the DITA menu.
