If you use *latest* XXE (v3.6.2) + *latest* plug-in for JEuclid 
(v3.0.1_01) + *latest* plug-in for FOP 1 (v0.94.0), this should work fine.

JEuclid_imagetoolkit_INSTALL_DIR/sample/MathML_Sample.xml converted to 
html and to pdf.
