I cannot reproduce this problem. Please make sure that you have also upgraded the add-on called "German (Deutsch) translation" to latest version (which is "3.6.0"). A new version of XXE always has a few new labels, menu items, messages, etc, that need to be translated. If you keep your old copy of the add-on called "German (Deutsch) translation", it will work OK but you'll always find a dozen messages or so which are not translated. That why new version of XXE ==> upgrade XXE ==> upgrade the add-ons, even if the old add-ons seem to work.
