It would be really nice if the XML Editor managed more references than
it does, ie. from the list here:
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/help/com.xmlmind.xmleditapp.dialog.PreferencesEditorDialog.html#managed_non_managed
Especially references to external entities containing multiple elements.
Not managing these prevents editing referenced documents with xml
comments in the top or bottom.
