In the document templates ? Docbook, I have chosen ?Book?. I would like create the ?Chapter 2?, but it?s impossible. Could you please tell me how create several Chapters in templates ?Book?? (Actually it?s only Chapter 1, I don?t understand how I can create: Chapter 2, chapter 3, etc.).
