You cannot know for sure where the MathML configuration has been installed. That is, "xxe-config:../mathml_config" may not work in 100% of the cases. You custom configuration should rather include: --- mathml-config:db5mml/db5mml.xxe --- Please browse mathml_config/mathml_catalog.xml if you want to learn why this works.
