There's only one feature of XMLMind that bothers me every day. It is the file selection. This is basic functionality that would help both your standalone editor and embedded editor customers.
For example: * There is no autocomplete for file names or filtering of file names based on the characters entered in the file name box. I am often selecting files from directories with hundreds of files in them and this is time consuming and annoying. * There is no way to set the default file extension to look for every time. I always have to reselect to show only .dita files. * If you are selecting files from a ditamap, there is no way to say show only .dita files.
