Could you explain the functional difference between choosing the "Save" or "Open" option? I see that the title of the dialog changes, but is that the only difference? What would be the use cases for choosing one or the other setting?
Also, I think it would be convenient to provide the Absolute/Relative options on the dialog itself, rather than (or in addition to) being something you have to select before using the tool. This would also serve to remind the user what their current setting is, in case it's not what they prefer to use in general.
