Correct.

However, even when ENTER is bound to db5.splitOrInsertNewLine, if the
programlisting is not styled using CSS property "white-space:pre;",
you'll not be able to type newline characters in it.

I've commented out "white-space:pre;" in the stock DocBook CSS
stylesheet and after that, everything looks and works OK, except that I
cannot type newline characters in a programlisting.
