FYI, the same problem occurs without the "-indexjars" and "packjars" options. It is clearly a bug (and not the only one :-( :-( ) in Java Web Start. The only workaroud we have found is to cleanup the Java cache from the Java Control Panel. The same applies on various Linux flavors, so it is not OS dependent. I hope this helps, Philippe.
