--> It's easy to check that Copy works OK because the contents of the
clipboard is displayed at the bottom/left of the main window.

See http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/help/clipboardTool.html

--> In general when the Paste does not work, it's because the user
didn't select the right Paste target.

Example 1: select a section from a DocBook 4 document and attempt to
paste it after a section contained in a DocBook 5 document. (DocBook 4
and DocBook 5 are different document types.)

Example 2: select a section in a DocBook 5 document and attempt to paste
it between two paragraphs contained in another DocBook 5 document. (The
DocBook 5 Schema does not allow to do this.)

Example 3: you are using Paste (which means: "Paste Into" at caret
position) instead of using "Paste After".

--> It's very unlikely that you have found a bug related to Copy/Paste.
However if you think you have found a bug, please take the time to
explain us step by step how we can reproduce it here at XMLmind. Do not
hesitate to send us the actual documents you have used to do so.
