When using a new DITA document template, what is the process should I use
for authoring new content?

For example:

*DITA* (is there a reason why these are not in alphabetical order?)
 Map
 BookMap
 Concept
 Task (Strict)
 Task (General)
 Reference
 Glossary Entry
 Glossary Group
 Topic
 Multiple Topics
 DITAVAL

Please provide the Process information from beginning to end. For example, :

1 Topic
2 Task
3 Reference
4 Glossary group
5 Glossary Entry
6 Map
7 DITAVAL

How about a sample file that uses each or most of the DITA templates and
show the code?
