thank you for your answers. I've found out that the strange behavior has nothing to do with dual monitor settings.. The problem is when I open Xmlmind in a window which is maximized in my X window manager(gnome)... If I open xmlmind in window which is not maximilized, the menus is correnct, if I maximize the window, menu and mouse pointer is unsynchronized. My workaround is not maximize Xmlmind window.., I guess that is problem of gnome ..
