Hardly a major problem, but I've just been rearranging the elements in a DITAmap that had arrived in alphabetical order. While occupied with this particular task, I notice that the shortcut F2 + up arrow only works once. That is, if I keep F2 pressed and press up arrow more than once, this moves focus to the map title instead of moving the selected element up a second time.
