[XXE] Navigation .png files missing from webhelp output

Hi,

Does anyone have any idea why the navigation .png files (next, prev, 
home, etc.) might be missing in my webhelp output? Here's a 
screenshot illustrating the problem: http://take.ms/7V7NP

I generated the help using XMLMind XML Editor 7.2.0. Permissions on 
my file server seem to be OK. I assume there's a configuration 
parameter I failed to set perhaps?
