This happens quite rarely, but, fortunately for us, never because the
XMLmind server is down (uptime = 526 days).
The following problems have already occurred:
1) Our domain registrar, register.com, https://www.register.com/ , is
down (e.g. DoS attack).
2) Our web hoster, OVH, https://www.ovh.com/us/ , is down.
3) Your corporate firewall or your anti-virus software is blocking the
access to our web site.
Reason (3) is the most likely one. This is even a FAQ:

working fine. If your users still have problems, then it's reason (3).
You'll have to contact your IT personnel to solve the problem.
