Hi, I'd like to propose Alan Burlison as a committer for XML-RPC. Alan is a long time contributor of this project, providing bug reports and patches. Additionally, his interests are in an area, which has always been promoted by users on this list (standalone XML-RPC server, as opposed to servlet based solutions), but less by developers like me. He'd be able to fill a gap.
