Other problem is that test "merlin-xmldsig-twenty-three/signature" fail with libxml2 versions 2.6.2 and 2.6.6.
It was not libxml2 but libxslt configuration. Aparently, we just did not pick it up and xslt
transform was disabled (thus test was failing).
Fixed in both trunk and 1.2.x branch. Thanks for bug report!
