They at least document the following problem their patch solves : - NT 4 compatibility for ms-crypto : http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=33927 - semi-colon in the name problem : http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=33431 - a big integer convertion bug in nss, but the patch changes an awful lot of things in their code in addition, I think that patch also touched the semi-colon problem ... And watching the source it seems it does a lot more than that.
