When I try to sign an XML file that contains the character "&" it results in
error...
The W3C Recommendation 26 November 2008
Says:
The ampersand character (&) and the left angle bracket (<) MUST NOT appear in
their literal form, except when used as markup delimiters, or within a comment,
a processing instruction, or a CDATA section.
Could you please comment if I should allow my XML files to have "&" character
at all?
