A lot of the protocol specs listed there are posted at:
http://www.x.org/releases/X11R7.5/doc/index.html
if you scroll down to the bottom. These were generated from the docs
either in the proto modules or the xorg-docs module. (They should all
end up in their respective proto module, or the mega-mondo-keithproto
module if it happens, so that the spec/docs/headers are updated in
unison for changes. That's still a work in slow progress.)
