I found I made a mistake when I tried glamor with latest xserver. I forgot to update dri2proto, so the xserver was not built with DRI2 support and thus triggered this bug. I updated the dri2proto and rebuilt everything, then this bug just simply disappears. Use latest git master xserver, latest xf86-video-intel and start gnome-session on a FC17 distro. Then look at the top-right panels battery/volume icons, you may see some incorrect output, and if you disable the fbo pool cache, then it can fix that problem. As the GLX server side may have a different gl dispatch table from the mesa's.
