Yeah, you can list 0-n CRTCs, precisely so we can create virtual monitor
areas mapped to VNC, WiDi or whatever else you like.

Shouldn't need anything in dummy at all. Once we fix gtk+, we may
actually be able to get rid of the fake CRTC stuff entirely, which would
be kinda nice.
