Have the same problem, using
> xrandr -o left
to rotate. Screen corruption in lower half, some areas mirroring each other and
utter slowness.
> xrandr --output LVDS --rotate right
shows no reaction. This is xf86-driver-ati from todays GIT. Regardless of EXA,
XAA or even "NoAccel" "1".
Will provide xorg.conf and Xorg.log for all three cases.
