Sorry to be so slow to test, but the disable TV out patch does not totally fix
this.
What happens now is that if s-video is connected I just get a blank screen when
I startx with the radeon driver.
Monitor is on (not standby) and I can ctrl alt bs and get console back OK, I
can also use the vesa driver OK.
