If you update your copy of the tree at
http://git.infradead.org/users/drzeus/xf86-video-ati?a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/vsync
you should now have something that works very well. Alex fixed so that the
vsync stuff is configurable. It's on by default for video, but off for EXA.
