So you think it's the card driving the wrong output? Could that cause the effects I see (the greenish shades, evolving only after ~5..10 seconds, and a horizontal, or sometimes vertical line? Wouldn't the screen simply stay black?Depends how apple wired up the ports.
It's not an on-board card, btw, but a agp card plugged into the port on the main board of the G4 Silver (roughly looking like a standard tower housing). No idea who actually manufactured the card, though. Best, Albrecht.
