That's it! Thank you.

The default theme of Xubuntu/Gnome is MurrinaStormCloud. This one and
"Human" shows the described effects. But all other don't! :-)

I tested
        Option  "MigrationHeuristic"  "greedy"
too (mentioned in bug 15700). This solves even with MurrinaStormCloud the
black boxes. But I don't know, what it's good for ;-)
