Hi Andreas,
I talked to the fedora devs and the header won't get included unless poppler
includes it upstream.
I don't mind making a case for including the header to the poppler devs, but
I'd like to know what it does exactly before writing the email. Could you
give me a brief description of what it does please? Also, what is the
difference between outputDev.h which is shipped in the poppler project and
the cairoOutputDev.h header?
Thanks,
Matt
