Hi Julia,

This was something I recently implemented (and perhaps something
that can be integrated into the main Xournal). The idea was to add an option
that removes the "interface" from fullscreen (and another for the default view).
you can enable/disable it via a hotkey, or a menu option. There are also
config variables to make the features persistent across sessions.
