Actually I can help to create a xournal-dev team and setup a launchpad project for xournal/xournal+. Launchpad has a better interface for branching and merging than git alone. Plus it has several additional features like tickets and bug trackers. But I do want to make sure people are ok with it, especially andreas and auroux. They two should still be the moderator and be in charge of the merging process. Anyone for/against it?
