Edward, Mw, thanks for the help.

I was able to install glade-gtk2, load the file, but it seems that the code
generation feature is gone. I was also able to convert to the new format
(although after dealing with some errors).

It seems that the options are:

1. Do the interface by hand. or
2. Upgrade to use gtk-builder.

Denis (sorry I misspelled your name earlier), how are you currently doing
it?
