For me all the important stuff on the Thinkpad Yoga worked out of the box in Fedora 20 with Gnome 3 (pen and touch, wi-fi, sound, etc.). The issues I had/have are pretty minor (apart from the usual aggravation of trying to configure Gnome 3 to do what you want instead of what it thinks you want). The two main ones: - wi-fi signal is weak and drops out in the 5 GHz frequency band with WPA2 Enterprise networks and some other high traffic networks. This is an issue with the Intel 7260 adapter drivers that seems to affect everyone, with fixes expected to come in future firmware microcode & linux kernel updates. - the touch input does not automatically recalibrate when plugging/unplugging an external monitor, and it doesn't get auto-disabled when the wacom pen is near the screen. (Note that I didn't push my luck: e.g. I did disable SecureBoot in the BIOS and Windows before installing Linux. A few minor glitches come e.g. from skype needing a different PulseAudio setting than every other application, etc., that sort of thing, but nothing serious and nothing that seems distribution-specific).
