The code is hosted here: https://github.com/andpol/xournal as I said, I made some trivial (and possibly dirty) hacks to enlarge the thumbnail view and to make sure the sidebar shows always the next (upcoming slide), usually, by using the arrows, it will only show the present slide as very last slide in the sidebar list. I hacked it together to show one more slide.
I would have to make a diff to see the exact changes. However, as I said it is probably a very dirty hack.
