I am running a fixed frequency Monitor (HP A1097C) with a special Graphics-Card from <http://si87.com> with Permedia2-chipset. I am running a SuSE Linux-Distribution. I am running 3.3.6 without any problem (under Linux). Every attempt at transfering the setup (with modelines etc.) to 4.0.2 fails miserably. The server starts but the picture is badly scrambled.
