Never mind. Disregard. I've figured out the
problem: XFree86's well-documented lack of support for TV-Out on that card.
Pardon the thick-headedness. I pulled out the S-Video cable and voila! it
worked.
If anyone spent any time trying to run this down
for me, thanks anyway!
