Is actively being worked on, it even supposedly works to some amount. Check
out dri-devel.

Xv -> is there
DMA+Xv -> I'll do it as soon as I can upgrade my system to RH 7.2 and get
Mach64's DRI working (so I can finally watch DVDs and divx in acceptable
quality on my notebook).
Video in/tv tuner -> I think it works. Capture is being developed.
Video out -> I'll try to do it as well, but I don't promise anything :-)
